A Sweetwater massage is designed around creating a space where you can feel safe and take time to unwind, finding a sense of inner peace and wellness that lingers long after you get home. I blend the modalites of traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, So Tai Shiatsu, and ancient Thai massage to effect relaxation and release muscular tension— relaxing you in body, mind, and spirit. Couples massages, an inversion table and a maternity table are available.

HOT STONE THERAPY

Using stones at different temperatures and different massage techniques, this geothermal treatment will restore and balance the body.

 

REIKI

Reiki literally means "Universal Life Force Energy"--the healing, loving, creative energy that interpenetrates all of creation. It clears, balances, and energizes the systems of the body.  Reiki reduces stress and pain.  It is simple, gentle, non-intrusive, and bridges all religions and cultures. Reiki enhances all other modalities and creative expressions. Reiki is an ancient and profoundly simple system of healing thought to have originated in Tibet thousands of years ago.

The Coziest Cottage in Lava Hot Springs!

The Retreat is a cozy two bedroom vacation cottage that sleeps up to 7 people, located just blocks from down town Historic Lava Hot Springs. It's an adorable little get away for a couple or a young family. Curl up in the living room in front of the relaxing cozy fire place (please bring wood or Shawn's Market sells firewood for your convenience).

The Retreat has a fully equipped kitchen and TV with DVD player and cable. We have a queen bed, sofa sleeper, twin bed and if needed, two air mattresses. There is a cute little landscaped yard to hang out with your family or just soak up some sun.

 

AREA ACTIVITIES

Our vacation rental is located within walking distance to Shawn's Market for groceries or a DVD rentals, Tennis, Disc Golf, Shopping on Main Street, Restaurants, Tubing on the Portneuf River, two local Playgrounds, Hiking and Biking Trails, Lava's Historical Museum, Idaho's Famous Hot Pools and the Olympic Swimming Complex (now open year round). Don't forget the nightlife at the Blue Moon Bar and Grill or the Wagon Wheel Lounge for a bit of Karaoke or dancing to Live Bands.
Or maybe you'd rather a mellow night with dinner at one of Lava's Local Restaurants, a nice Massage and a Soak in our World Famous Hot Pools then cozy up to the fire in your little cottage with a romantic movie and some popcorn.
