I was trained in Hilo, Hawaii and originally and licensed in 1987, with additional studies in Tenri, Japan and in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I blend different modalities to suit the individual needs of the client.

I have training specifically in these modalities:
Lomi Lomi - A traditional massage from Hawaii that cleanses, invigorates and soothes the body/mind.

So Tai Shiatsu - Japanese style massage based on clearing and balancing the body following points on the meridians. Shiatsu literally means finger pressure.

Acupressure - Using pressure on different acupuncture points on the body.  Reflexology recuperative work on the hands and the feet to relax and rejuvenate the entire body.

Myofascial release - Trigger point therapy on different parts or "hot pockets" on the body to achieve relaxation and promote health and well- being.

Thai Massage - An ancient way of using pressure and stretches to relieve tension and achieve relaxation, balance and well-being.
